Good Coffee. Good Cause.
The idea of starting a coffee company comes from a simple feeling that coffee is made to bring happiness to people. A morning walk, a mid-day meet up with a friend or after dinner table talk can all be made better with a good cup of coffee. Partnering with a charity was always a main focus as Roy’s Roast took off. I have had a connection to dogs starting as far back as I can remember. I believe dogs bring so much love and companionship to our lives. Inspired by my own experience with how much a dog’s love and support can do for the soul, and as a tribute to our first Fur baby, Roy, who did just that, we will be donating $1 a bag to Paws for a Cause. Giving to a great cause who can help train services dogs to support those with emotional and physical needs, even just a little bit, makes me feel like we are doing our part to give back to the animals who selflessly give so much to us.
The face behind the name
Roy was the first dog my husband and I shared together. He gave us a greater purpose and turned our house into a home. I love that we can continue to honor him with Roy’s Roast.
